Starting hand in Texas Holdem Poker is the most important move. Remember to be patient and wait for the right hand and the right time to play. Do not play too many hands, wait for really high cards and pocket pairs in early positions. Straight possibilities and moderately high pocket pairs for middle positions and moderate to high straight possibilities and lower pocket pairs in late positions. Avoid any two suited cards from any position or an Ace with any small kicker.
Texas Holdem Poker brings much fun as well as pressure. The pressure to bet and win often overcomes each player as they make or break their way to the showdown. However, this game is not about guts or dealing with pressure. It is all about patience, restraint and prudence. A tight and aggressive strategy is required. Remember that poker is a game that is won over the long run. No rushed. You should measure your winning by how much you have won or lost over the period of a month. You should turn a profit if you played well, otherwise, you should practice more often. Try to relax and patience to start your strategy and win the game!
